These Terms govern access to DentiGen, operated by DentiGen, for users in the EU and the United States. By using DentiGen, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DentiGen is a software-as-a-service platform for managing dental clinic operations, including scheduling, patient records, and billing.

DentiGen does not provide medical advice.

2. Accounts & Use

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep credentials secure
• Use DentiGen only for authorized clinic purposes

Clinics are responsible for user access and role management.

3. Data Ownership

Clinics retain ownership of all data entered into DentiGen. DentiGen processes data only to provide and maintain the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Access or attempt to access other clinics’ data
• Circumvent security measures
• Use DentiGen for unlawful purposes

5. Availability

DentiGen is provided on a best-effort basis. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

6. Billing

If fees apply, they are described in your subscription plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Clinics may request data export subject to applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DentiGen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months

9. Governing Law

For EU users, these Terms are governed by the laws of an EU member state where DentiGen operates. For US users, these Terms are governed by the laws of a US state where DentiGen operates.
